How do Personas from analytics work?

How does ad spend work?

Ad spend is your total digital advertising campaign spend in a given month and is pre-paid on a campaign basis.

How does capturing leads work?

To capture leads from website visits, place a pixel on your website. You will receive email addresses in the increments of 3,000 for unique US sessions. Leads capture is a part of Custom Audiences, you can learn more about it here.

What advertising is supported?

Growth Channel offers access to 150+ ad exchanges, including but not limited to Google AdX, Xandr, Microsoft Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Verizon, Hulu, Spotify, Pandora, and more. See the full list here.

Do you have a free trial for your premium features?

Yes, when you start your first campaign, you’re instantly enrolled in a free 14-day trial of the Growth Channel Basic plan.

Do you have markups for advertising spend?

Growth Channel charges a percentage of each transaction, which ranges between 5-25%, depending on the total campaign budget, and your active subscription plan.

Can I advertise on social and search channels with Growth Channel?

No, social and search channels are not currently supported but we consider adding then in the future. You can advertise on web display, native ads, audio ads, digital out-of-home, connected TV, mobile in-app, and video advertising channels.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you’d like us to accept purchase orders or take any form of offline payment or Bitcoin, please send us a message.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill.

What if I decide to cancel?

If you no longer wish to use Growth Channel, you may cancel at any time. You will receive a pro-rated credit with Growth Channel for the remainder of that month's billing cycle.

How can I buy custom audiences or managed service?

Custom audiences, managed service, and other add-ons are offered at an additional fee to your Growth Channel plan. Contact us to learn more about what plan is best for you.

Is my data safe?

We take data security seriously at Growth Channel. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches. Our data center is also EU safe harbor compliant and all our plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

Growth Channel offers discount pricing for eligible startups and nonprofits through the Growth Channel for Startups and Growth Channel for Nonprofits programs.
