The Challenge
Finding relevance without sacrificing reach
Eudēmonia faced a difficult audience challenge.
Broad wellness targeting could generate scale, but it struggled to distinguish serious longevity and biohacking consumers from casual health audiences. Smaller niche placements provided more relevance but couldn't provide sufficient reach.
The team also lacked one unified view of which channels were generating actual ticket purchases rather than simply impressions.
The Solution
Layering signals to find higher-intent attendees
Growth Channel combined multiple audience and media strategies into one campaign.
Precision audience targeting. Third-party health and wellness segments were filtered around interests such as longevity, fitness, and biohacking.
Geographic targeting. Audiences included both Miami-area prospects and national consumers demonstrating relevant travel intent.
Retroactive geofencing. People who had physically visited wellness venues, gyms, and health conferences could be reached again—adding real-world behavioral signals to interest-based targeting.
Full-funnel media. Meta and Display focused on conversion, while CTV and Audio introduced the event to colder audiences.
Ongoing optimization. Creative performance was reviewed regularly, with the team tightening creative rotation around the value-driven messaging producing the strongest ticket conversion rates.
The Impact
Across the six-month campaign, Eudēmonia generated 257% overall ROAS while maintaining a 0.87% CTR across channels.
More importantly, the campaign produced a repeatable audience model. Instead of choosing between broad reach and niche relevance, Eudēmonia could combine behavioral data, third-party audiences, and real-world location signals to build an audience large enough to matter but specific enough to convert.
In Their Words
“Growth Channel helped us pinpoint the audiences who were actually interested in attending. The targeting precision and reporting clarity made it easy to see what was working.”

What's Next
The next phase is applying the same audience model to future events, starting prospecting and retargeting earlier and expanding creative testing across CTV and Audio.
